Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations made more than 7 Days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a refund, after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
• No refund will be issued in case of no-show or early check-out.

Cancellation by Property

In rare situations where a booking is cancelled by Osari Paryatan Niwas due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the guest.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

Osari Paryatan Niwas is a pet-friendly property and welcomes guests traveling with their pets.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets are well-behaved and do not cause disturbance to other guests.
• Pets must be kept under supervision at all times within the property premises.
• Any damage caused by pets to property, furniture, or surroundings will be chargeable to the guest.
• In case of complaints from other guests regarding noise, hygiene, or disturbance caused by pets, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include restricting pet movement or, in extreme cases, requesting removal of the pet from the premises.
